Printer is in an error state

- Provide a password or confirmation if prompted. This will show that you are allowed to make this type of change. When the process is complete, a box will appear indicating that the printer driver has been installed correctly
- Restart the Devices
In most cases, a number of common printer errors and problems can be easily solved by simply restarting the printer. So, turn off your computer and printer for a few minutes, then turn on both devices. You will need to run another test print job to see if the problem is resolved or not.
