南京公車審批小程序公務用車新能源租賃系統(tǒng) 文鋒科技開發(fā)的所有公務用車、公務車派車、公務車出行、小程序派車、微-信派車系統(tǒng)，均是原生態(tài)開發(fā)，不論是安卓版的APP還是蘋果版的APP，中間不含任何H5頁面，服務端分PHP和JVA兩個版本。 1、車輛帶司機預約系統(tǒng)，用車人選擇出發(fā)點、目的地；選擇開始用車時間和用車結(jié)束時間；然后填寫用車事由；辦公室主任審核通過后，將此信息推送給車隊隊長，車隊隊長首要選擇用車人選定的車輛，若該車已經(jīng)被占用，則從系統(tǒng)推薦的同級別車里選擇其他車輛；如果該用車人需要司機，車隊隊長可以調(diào)配該車的原司機或新司機前往。 司機APP收到通知后，先聯(lián)系用車人，確認后在預約時間開車前往用車人出發(fā)點，同時在APP上開始行程；用車結(jié)束后，系統(tǒng)估算出公里數(shù)和價格，推送該賬單給用車人，用車人結(jié)束此次行程，車輛入庫等待下一次調(diào)度。
